Strategy Sessions
8th, 9th, and 10th GradersThoughtful planning early in high school lays the foundation for a more intentional, less stressful, and ultimately more successful college process. These strategy sessions provide students and families with expert guidance and practical tools to make informed decisions and thoughtfully position students for the years ahead. Services are customized to each student’s unique goals and needs and may include course and long-range planning, summer planning, help developing extracurriculars, advice regarding standardized testing, review and assessment of the student’s academic and personal profile, and an overview of the college process. These sessions also give families the opportunity to ask questions and get clear, honest answers about the college process.
Comprehensive
Junior/Senior All-In-One Service.Our most popular package sells out quickly: this high-touch experience is tailored to the student’s particular needs and offers personalized attention. The goal is to help the student tell a focused, compelling story through all aspects of the application. This service includes student and parent interviews, assessment of all aspects of high school performance, testing, extracurriculars, course selection and summer recommendations, strategic planning, school and college list building, essay and supplement help, application help and review, financial aid/scholarship advice and evaluation of offers, standardized test planning and recommendations, help planning college visits, interview practice, and enrollment advice.
UC/CSU Package
Everything Needed to Apply to the UCs and CSUs.This package is tailored to students who are focusing on applying solely to the UCs and/or CSU campuses. It helps students craft a compelling and focused application by aligning all aspects of the application and includes help with the four required Personal Insight essays. Also included are transcript review, review of the application, strategizing the best way to articulate extracurriculars, and advice regarding financial aid.
